The Journal of Exercise Biochemistry and Metabolic Health invites researchers, scholars, clinicians, and professionals worldwide to submit high-quality manuscripts for consideration for publication.

The journal welcomes original, rigorous, and ethically conducted research that advances knowledge of the biochemical, molecular, physiological, and metabolic responses and adaptations to physical activity, exercise, training, sedentary behavior, and lifestyle-based interventions.

We encourage submissions that provide meaningful scientific, clinical, practical, or public-health insights into the role of exercise and physical activity in human health, performance, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions.

Areas of Interest

Topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Exercise biochemistry and molecular exercise physiology
  • Exercise metabolism and metabolic regulation
