    The Journal of Exercise Biochemistry and Metabolic Health (JEBMH) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published under the academic auspices of the International Institute of Sport Science, France. The journal is dedicated to advancing rigorous scientific knowledge in exercise biochemistry, molecular and cellular exercise physiology, metabolism, physical activity, sport science, and health.

    JEBMH welcomes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, short communications, and other scholarly contributions that investigate the biological and metabolic responses and adaptations to exercise. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of physical activity and exercise in health promotion, disease prevention and management, rehabilitation, athletic performance, and human well-being.

    Through a rigorous peer-review process and an interdisciplinary perspective, JEBMH provides a platform for researchers, clinicians, practitioners, and students to share high-quality evidence and foster scientific exchange. As an open-access journal, all published content is freely available online to support the broad dissemination and responsible use of scientific knowledge worldwide.
